The quote above is from Sam Mendes' American Beauty I just watched this movie yesterday and I have to say it's one of the best movies I have seen in a long time. I highly recommend it.

The point of putting this quote here is to ask a question; What if you could live life the exact way you wanted?

Cellphones in Class...

I recently read an article about Cellphones usage in class. As I was reading it I realized I don't have a cellphone therefore I don't care about the cellphone in class rules. Anyway, I think the article was very well written and the author tried to add some comedy to it by putting in the texting slang stuff. I definately think we should relax the "off and away" policy because students do have self control and I believe they know when is the right time to check texts. This article was fair but I do think he was more in favour of cellphones beings used.

The Start of Something New.

Well, no introduction is in order, you can just read my about me and that will clear things right up! Now, see I took Writer's Craft because I like writing. Plain and simple. Even if it is just writing your thoughts or writing a fictional story. Then, when I heard we were doing a blog I thought "That could be good." What I really hope to learn in this class is to better my writing? Yeah, we'll go with that.

I don't really know many writer's that I actually admire but one name comes to mind, Steve Niles, he's pretty much the most bad-ass writer in the history of horror or action novels/graphic novels. Oh, by the way, I have no clue what I am going to do after high school. Everyone asks me and I always say "I don't know." and that's all it's going to be until I figure out what I'm doing with my life and when that time comes I'll let you know.

What makes me want to get out of bed in the morning and face the day?! I have no clue, that's tough. I'll get back to you on that one.
